At Noah’s Glen we believe that best friends deserve best medicine. We understand, though, that diagnosing and treating illnesses can sometimes be frustratingly complex and costly. That is why we prefer to take a common sense approach to the process. Just as a building needs a solid foundation, the key to an accurate diagnosis and successful outcome often lies in the basics-a thorough physical examination and a complete history with background information from you-the pet parent. From there, if needed, we progress to testing that is as comprehensive as needed but as focused as possible. In this manner, we are able to efficiently diagnose a wide variety of conditions then provide disease counseling, supportive care and definitive treatment. Some of the more common conditions we routinely address include:

  • Digestive and Gastrointestinal disorders like Food Allergies, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Vomiting/Diarrhea
  • Endocrine (hormonal) diseases like Diabetes, Cushing’s Syndrome, Addison’s Disease, and Hypo- and Hyperthyroidism
  • Cardiac conditions like Arrhythmias, Heart Murmurs and Congestive Heart Failure
  • Kidney, Liver and Pancreas disorders like Chronic Renal Disease, Hepatitis and Pancreatitis
  • Skin diseases such as Allergies/Atopic Dermatitis, Bacterial Infections and Fur Loss
  • Infectious Diseases such as Lyme, Heartworm and Feline Leukemia

In addition to our in-house facilities, we can also consult with or refer to a variety of pre-screened, board-certified veterinary specialists, should your pet require advanced-level care. In those instances where your pet needs to see a specialist, rest assured that we follow through and remain part of the team, making sure the care you receive elsewhere is as competent and compassionate as the care that you receive here at the Glen.

Have questions or concerns about your pet’s health or want a second opinion? Please call and schedule a consultation. We are here for you!
